The Ferrari LaFerrari, introduced in 2013, is Ferrari’s first hybrid hypercar and one of the most advanced road cars ever built. Its name literally means “The Ferrari”—a statement that this was the ultimate expression of the brand’s DNA. At its heart is a 6.3L naturally aspirated V12 paired with an F1-derived HY-KERS hybrid system, producing a combined 950 hp. This setup rockets the car from 0–100 km/h in under 3 seconds and to a top speed of over 350 km/h.
Beyond raw power, the LaFerrari features active aerodynamics, lightweight carbon-fiber construction, and chassis dynamics honed directly from Formula 1 technology. Limited to just 499 coupes (plus 210 Aperta roadsters), it’s part of the “Holy Trinity” of hypercars alongside the McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder.
